According to Palatino, betrayal of public trust will be the focus of Makabayan bloc’s impeachment complaint against Duterte.
On Monday, Dec. 2, several civil society groups filed before the House of Representatives a consolidated impeachment complaint against Duterte, which was also primarily hinged on allegations of misuse of her office’s confidential funds.
