WATCH: Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto Files COC For Reelection With Jaworski As Vice Mayor
#BilangPilipino2022 | Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto filed his certificate of candidacy for reelection accompanied by his parents, Vic Sotto and Connie Reyes on Friday, Oct. 1.
Sotto is running with former Pasig City Rep. Robert "Dodot" Jaworski Jr. as vice mayor. Sotto said he filed his COC immediately on the first day set by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) as there is no need for drama and suspense.
“Basta, panahon man ng pulitika o hindi, uunahin natin ang trabaho,” Sotto said in Facebook post.
Sotto vowed to continue the reforms he started but derailed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
