WATCH: Children Below 15 Can Still Face Accountability — Expert, PNP
#TheBigStory | Lawyer and technology advocate Jocelle Batapa-Sigue said children below 15 years old who commit offenses are not exempt from accountability.

She explained that intervention, diversion, and rehabilitation programs are designed to help young offenders take responsibility for their actions while promoting reform.

Sigue and Co also said proposals to lower the age of criminal liability should be guided by data, research and consultations rather than public outrage because the issue is highly complicated.
