Raffy Tulfo, Wife Declare P1 Billion Net Worth

Sen. Raffy Tulfo and his wife have made public their statement of assets, liabilities and net worth, disclosing a joint net worth of P1.05 billion – making him possibly among the wealthiest senators in the 20th Congress.

The SALN, dated Dec. 31, 2024, shows Tulfo and his wife Jocelyn, an ACT-CIS party-list representative, bought commercial, agricultural and residential properties worth P376.8 million from 2020 to 2023. They declared no liabilities.

Based on the submitted documents including the 2022 and 2023 SALN, Tulfo’s declared net worth remained largely stable over three years: P1.137 billion in 2022, P1.274 billion in 2023, and P1.052 billion in 2024.

In his 2024 SALN, he declared owning 18 cars, some of which have been bulletproofed, and three motorcycles. He also declared owning P243 million worth of clothes, accessories, jewelry and watches.

He also declared business interests in production firms RW Productions Inc., Idol Network Philippines Inc. and Raffy Tulfo in Action Foundation Inc.

While the latest SALN was made months before the 2025 elections, he declared that his relatives in government include his wife ACT-CIS Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo, his son Quezon City 2nd District Rep. Ralph Tulfo, nephew Luna, Isabela Mayor Adrian Tio and several working at the Senate – Maricel Tulfo-Tungol (daughter), Gareth-Daniel Tungol (son-in-law), Rodrigo Que (nephew), Margaret Tio (niece) and his brother Sen. Erwin Tulfo (declared as congressman since SALN is 2024).

Tulfo, who joined the Senate in 2022, built his career in broadcasting for nearly three decades before entering politics.
