JV Ejercito Denies Impregnating His Chief Of Staff
“Be responsible,” Sen. JV Ejercito said on Twitter in response to another user who posted that he seems busy trying to reach a settlement with his chief of staff whom he allegedly got pregnant.

Calling it a “big lie,” Sen. JV Ejercito on Tuesday, Sept. 13, denied rumors that he impregnated his chief of staff.
“A big lie! (‘Wag) kayo gumawa ng istorya dahil may asawa po ang tao (Don’t make stories because the person is already married),” Ejercito said, adding they are quietly working and should not be dragged into speculations.
“Be responsible,” Ejercito said on Twitter in response to another user who posted on Tuesday morning that the senator seems busy trying to reach a settlement with his chief of staff whom he allegedly got pregnant.
A Twitter account with the username @KingNginamo1 posted: “Hahaha tahimik ka ata @jvejercito. Busy mag-settle sa nabuntis mong chief of staff? Lol.”
While he is used to getting involved in this kind of issue because he is a politician, Ejercito made an appeal not to implicate innocent people, who have their own families to protect.
The senator described the issue involving him and his chief of staff as “fake news.”
He said “this particular circle spreading fake news” first linked him to his executive assistant.
“Kaming pulitiko sanay sa ganito, please (‘wag) niyo idamay mga taong walang kinalaman at may mga pamilya. Kawawa naman sila,” the senator said in a follow-up tweet.
Another Twitter user @Bloomaces1 replied to the thread and urged the senator to file a case if the accusation is not true.
“Well if it's not true and you think this affects your image as ‘The Good One’ then file a (case),” the tweet read.
Ejercito answered, “He (@KingNginamo1) can’t even show his identity.”
In another tweet, the senator also introduced her newly appointed secretary Meg Aviles, teasing his followers: “Baka siya naman sumunod na machismis!”
Ejercito successfully made a comeback in the Senate after winning in the May 2022 elections, garnering 15.6 million votes and placing 10th overall.
