BOC To Probe 40 Luxury Cars Of Contractor Couple Discaya
The Discaya couple showed their luxury in media interviews, raising questions on whether the vehicles were legally acquired.

Bureau of Customs (BOC) Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno yesterday said the agency would investigate the reported ownership of 40 luxury cars by contractors Cezarah Rowena “Sarah” Discaya and Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya.
In an interview over True FM on Monday, Aug. 25, Nepomuceno admitted that he has limited information about the viral video interviews featuring the Discaya couple, where they showed the 40 luxury vehicles in their garage.
The footage has raised questions on whether the vehicles, some of which may have been imported, were legally acquired.
“Since this information is now open, I would order a probe this week,” Nepomuceno said.
He explained that while the BOC usually uses a letter of authority to conduct operations on commercial establishments and warehouses, a court order is required when it involves a private residence.
“If it is a house or a residential, we would be needing the courts… I would have this checked immediately. This is the first time I have heard about it,” Nepomuceno added.
The Discayas are reportedly owners of Alpha & Omega Gen. Contractor & Development Corp., one of 15 companies that President Marcos earlier mentioned as having cornered most of the country’s flood control projects.
