Top 10: CFDA honors Zendaya as fashion icon awardee
“Dune” star Zendaya is the latest recipient of the fashion icon award from the Council of Fashion Designers of America.
During the awards ceremony, Zendaya is seen wearing a Vera Wang crop top and matching skirt.
Zendaya becomes the youngest recipient of the top award. She joins the ranks of Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez and Lady Gaga.
Dubbed as the Oscars of fashion, the Council of Fashion Designers of America awards acknowledges the designers and creative directors in the world of fashion.
Top 9: Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton win big at Country Music Awards
Luke Combs was in shock when he won entertainer of the year in the Country Music Awards.
He bested other big time nominees for the accolade like Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood and Chris Stapleton.
Though he was not named entertainer of the year, he won six awards including song and album of the year.
Luke Bryan was the host of the event with special performances from Jennifer Hudson and others.
Top 8: ‘Big Ed’ is now engaged
Remember this Ed Brown who had a viral video with his Filipina ex-partner Rosemarie Vega in “90 Day Fiancé”?
Well, “Big Ed” is now engaged to his girlfriend Liz Woods.
In an interview with People, he said that he appreciated her even more a month after they got together.
Ed further said he doesn’t want to love anybody else but her and that for him, the relationship feels surreal.
Their reconnection will be shown on “90 Day: The Single Life.”
Top 7: Post Malone, The Weeknd collaborate for the first time
Post Malone and The Weeknd release a brand new single entitled “One Right Now” via Republic Records.
The track notably marks the first official collaboration between the two diamond-certified artists.
The release paves the way for the arrival of Post Malone’s fourth album, which will be out soon. It will be his first album since 2019’s triple-platinum Hollywood’s Bleeding, which landed on the Billboard Top 200’s No. 1 spot.
Top 6: Avril Lavigne releases brand new single
Multi-platinum star Avril Lavigne has released “Bite Me,” her first new music since 2019 and label debut for Travis Barker’s DTA Records.
To celebrate the arrival of “Bite Me,” the eight-time Grammy Award-nominated singer, songwriter, designer, and philanthropist will treat fans to the song’s first late-night television performance on CBS's “The Late Late Show with James Corden” tonight.

Top 5: Adele shares life, love stories with Oprah Winfrey
In a rare interview, Adele is the special guest of Oprah Winfrey in her rose garden for the upcoming CBS special “Adele One Night Only.”
In the special, Adele will share her life in the past years, which involved divorce, weight loss, and of course, her latest album.
It will also show pre-taped performances which will premiere four songs from her album including “Easy On Me.”
The special will air on Sunday, Nov. 14, in the US on CBS and Paramount+.
Top 4: ‘No Time To Die’ opens in Philippine cinemas Dec. 15
Universal Pictures international will release the highly-anticipated “No Time To Die” in Philippine cinemas on Dec. 15 instead of Nov. 17.
Daniel Craig is back for his fifth and final outing, bringing to a close a journey that has introduced the world to a new, modern James Bond.
It is directed by Cary Fukunaga starring Daniel Craig along with Rami Malek, Léa Seydoux, Lashana Lynch, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Christoph Waltz and Ralph Fiennes.
Top 3: American Music Awards to air live on TV5
For the first time, the American Music Awards will be aired on TV5.
Filipino fans of Olivia Rodrigo are looking forward to her live performance, aside from the fact that she got the most number of nominations.
And of course, the BTS ARMY will come in full force in the show to watch the live performance of BTS with Megan Thee Stallion of the “Butter” remix.
Catch the AMAs on TV5 this coming Nov. 22.
Top 2: Enchong Dee faces cyber libel complaint filed by Rep. Claudine Bautista
Enchong Dee was just one of those who criticized Drivers United For Mass Progress and Equal Rights or Dumper party-list Rep. Claudine Bautista’s lavish wedding at Balesin.
But he’s the first to seemingly bear the brunt of her wrath as he got sued with cyber libel over his critical tweet.
The congresswoman is seeking a total of a billion pesos in damages for what she says is a defamatory and malicious tweet from the actor.
Earlier in August, Enchong already released an apology. but right now he is yet to address the case filed against him.
Top 1: Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay are now married
It’s official! Ellen Adarna is now Mrs. Derek Ramsay.
The couple exchanged their vows in Bagac, Bataan on Nov. 11.
It was an intimate wedding attended by their closest family and friends including Beauty Gonzalez, and Dr. Vicky Belo.
The two became an item earlier this year, and on March 30, Derek proposed to Ellen.
If you recall, it was revealed on “Sa Totoo Lang” that Ellen was always in Derek’s house after Ruffa Gutierrez hooked them up together.
