These No-Bake Desserts Are Perfect For Your Kids’ Snack Time, Even When You’re Busy

For supermoms, or even just for those of us with a sweet tooth who want to do both despite our busy schedules, these 5 easy-peasy, no-bake dessert recipes will be our new best friend! Check them out!
Banana Split Fluff
Banana Split Fluff is an easy dessert with ingredients available at your local grocery store. Even better, it only takes 15 minutes to make!
What you’ll need:
- Condensed milk
- All-purpose cream
- Bananas
- Crushed pineapple
- Cherry pie filling
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl, pour a can of condensed milk and a pack of all-purpose cream. Use a spatula or hand-held mixer to stir.
- Once you achieve a consistent thick texture, add the banana slices and pineapple bits into the mixalong with the cherry pie filling.
- Stir the mixture with a spatula until all the ingredients are evenly distributed, and you’re done!
- Serve the mixture in a cute cup and top if off with rainbow sprinkles or peanuts!
Rice Krispy Bars
If you have kids, rice Krispies are a staple when it comes to their snacks. And if you’re running late to that meeting, you can whip up this yummy dessert in just 20 minutes!
What you’ll need:
- 6 cups of Rice Krispy cereal
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows
Procedure:
- Prepare a square baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
- Put the mini marshmallows into a bowl and slowly add warm water to liquify the fluff. Do this while mixing with a fork.
- Once your mixture turns thick and fluffy, add in the Rice Krispy cereal to the bowl. Stir the ingredients until the Rice Krispies are well-coated with the marshmallow.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish that you have prepared earlier. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces for your kids to enjoy!
No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake
If there’s one thing we know about the famous Oreo cookies, it’s the fact that they can be used in a variety of desserts! This Oreo cheesecake will only need a 12-minute prep time (but you do have to cool it for at least three hours).
What you’ll need:
- 24 pieces of Oreo cookies (with the filling removed)
- 6 tablespoons of melted butter
- 16 ounces of cream cheese
- ½ of granulated sugar
- 2 and ½ cups of all-purpose cream
- 1 and ½ cups of confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla syrup
- 15 graham cookies (crushed)
Procedure:
- To make the crust, prepare 24 Oreo cookies with their fillings removed, put them in a ziplock and crush them using a dough roller.
- Prepare a separate bowl and add the crushed cookies with the melted butter, Stir until the mixture is even.
- Pour the cookie mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and place this in the refrigerator to chill.
- Now it’s time to make the filling! In a large bowl, put the cream cheese and use a hand mixer to make it light and fluffy. Add the sugar, vanilla, and the Oreo cookie filling.
- In a separate bowl, pour the all-purpose cream and beat it with a hand mixer until you achieve a thick consistency. Then, add the confectioners’ sugar and mix them again.
- Combine 2 cups of the whipped cream mixture and crushed Oreos to the cream cheese mix. Make sure to reserve ¼ cup of crushed Oreos for garnish!
- Then, pour the filling into the Oreo crust that you refrigerated and make sure it’s spread evenly.
- Place it back in the fridge for 3 hours. Once done, sprinkle the remaining crushed oreos on top!
Rainbow Waffle Sandwiches
Rainbow waffle sandwiches are super easy to make! It’s like making regular pancakes, but with a splash of color.
What you’ll need:
- Pancake mix
- Vanilla ice cream
- Rainbow sprinkles
Procedure:
- Pour your pancake mix in a mixing bowl, and add eggs or water (depending on the instructions on the box!). Mix evenly using a whisk or hand-held mixer.
- Then, pour the pancake mix in a waffle maker and heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the waffle is thoroughly cooked. Repeat this step until you have used up the mixture.
- Take out the vanilla ice cream from the freezer and place a scoop on top of the waffle. Put rainbow sprinkles on top, and place another waffle to complete your sandwich!
Cookie Dough Dip
One versatile dessert you can make is a cookie dough dip, which you can pair with graham crackers, Oreos, and ladyfinger cookies!
What you’ll need:
- ½ cup softened unsalted butter
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of powdered sugar
- ¾ cup of chocolate chips
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
- Using a large bowl and a hand mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese on medium speed for two minutes.
- Then, put the mixer on low speed and add in a pinch of salt, 1/3 cup of brown sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/3 cup of powdered sugar. Continue to mix until even.
- Once thoroughly combined, pour the chocolate chips and fold them in using a spatula.
- That’s it! Serve the dip with your kids’ fave cookies, and they’re surely in for a yummy snack!
