#TheBigStory | Lawyer Rafael Aquino said the testimony of National Bureau of Investigation regional director Jeremy Lotoc serves as another key piece of evidence supporting the prosecution’s case against Vice President Sara Duterte.
Aquino, a human rights lawyer and senior partner at the Santos, Paruñgao, Aquino & Santos Law Offices who is known for his active volunteer work with the Free Legal Assistance Group, added that the prosecution has clearly established the foundation of its Article IV allegations.
Litigation lawyer Jennifer Arlene Reyes also told “Sa Totoo Lang” on One PH that the prosecution’s witness managed to explain how they came up with the assessment on Duterte’s pronouncements during her Nov. 23, 2024 press conference.
