Top 10: Lil Nas X announces album with maternity photoshoot
American rapper Lil Nas X used a creative, out-of-the-box way to announce his new album called “Montero”
Lil Nas X dressed like a pregnant woman and had his own maternity photoshoot because, as he explained in the caption, “Montero” is his new baby or bundle of joy.
However, not everybody approved of this. Some netizens branded the rapper as insensitive while other called the idea outlandish.
In a tweet, Lil Nas X defended his action by saying, he’s not the representation of anyone else but himself.
“Montero” is out in two weeks.
Top 9: Angelina Jolie shares her kids’ photos on Instagram
For the first time since she joined Instagram, Angelina Jolie posted photos of her children.
Looks like the kids are bookworms as the first photo shows 16-year-old Zahara reading “The Bluest Eye,” while the second photo shows 15-year-old Shiloh reading “The Dark Lady.”
Aside from Zahara and Shiloh, Angelina has four other kids.
This is kind of a breath of fresh air since we’ve always known Angelina to be quiet, always keeping her private life out of the spotlight as much as possible.
So it’s also record-breaking when Angelina finally opened an Instagram account and even got the most followers ever in just days! Apparently, judging from her first posts, she wanted this platform to gain attention on the injustices in Afghanistan.
Top 8: ‘Red Notice’ drops first trailer
The first trailer of the Netflix film “Red Notice” is out.
Here we see the first glimpse of the action comedy movie led by three formidable stars Ryan Reynolds, Dwayne Johnson and Gal Gadot.
Dwayne plays an FBI agent who is forced to work with a con artist, which is Ryan’s character, to capture a thief whom Gal will be playing.
“Red notice” is set for release in November.

Top 7: ‘Dune’ receives standing ovation in Venice Film Festival
Highly-anticipated movie “Dune” did not just have a world premiere in the Venice Film Festival, it even received an eight-minute standing ovation!
Stars of the film proudly walked the red carpet including Timotheé Chalamet, Zendaya, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Josh Brolin, Javier Bardem, Dave Bautista and many more.
“Dune” is adapted from a book written by Frank Herbert about an intergalactic battle, the aim of which is to win control over a precious resource.
“Dune” was first made as a film in 1984 directed by David Lynch.
The latest version is directed by Denis Villeneuve and will hit theaters and HBO Max in October.
Top 6: Nicole Scherzinger sued by Pussycat Dolls founder
The founder of pussycat dolls filed a complaint against Nicole Scherzinger for allegedly threatening to leave the planned reunion of the band unless she’s given the majority share in the creative control of the group!
As per Robin Antin’s complaint, in 2019, they already agreed that Nicole would get 49% of the shares and profits of the Pussycat Dolls’ worldwide reunion tour provided that she participates in it.
But now, Nicole allegedly refuses to participate, unless she and Robin renegotiates. What she wanted this time, as per Robin, is 75% of the shares plus, to quote, “complete creative control and final decision making authority!”
Nicole and her representatives have not yet commented on the issue.
Top 5: Julia Montes makes it to the dean’s list
Despite her busy schedule, Julia Montes passed her second semester in college with flying colors.
The actress even became a dean’s lister, as she proudly shared on Instagram. She thanked her professors, family and loved ones who supported her.
Julia is taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management at the Southville International School and Colleges.
She is currently doing “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” which is also shown on TV5’s Primetime Todo.

Real-life couple Rico Blanco and Maris Racal recently shared a stage when the two performed in “Asap Natin ‘To.”
Rico sang the newest version of “Pinoy Ako” for the promo of “Pinoy Big Brother” Season 10, along with the dance performance of ex-housemates including her girlfriend, Maris Racal.
It’s just a few months ago when the 48-year-old singer and the 23-year-old actress-singer confirmed their relationship.

In our interview, “Init sa Magdamag” star JM de Guzman shared how the pandemic and lockdown hit him.
JM also recalled what it’s like to have entered a facility for three years ,which he said helped him heal and grow as a person.
It can be remembered how, back in 2018, JM admitted getting hooked into drugs. But he said he’s really doing everything to combat it and even underwent rehabilitation.

Top 2: Photographer Raymund Isaac passes away
Celebrity photographer Raymund Isaac passed away last Saturday, Sept. 4, due to complications of COVID-19. He was 59.
The news was confirmed by his brother Edward Isaac in a Facebook post.
It was back in July when Raymund was hospitalized due to lack of oxygen in California.
Models and actresses who’ve worked with him for so many years poured in their condolences. Many of them shared that they first stepped into the spotlight with Raymund as their photographer.
