Top 10: Jojo Siwa, girlfriend debut on red carpet 

 

It’s red carpet official for Jojo Siwa and Kylie Prew!

 

The couple attended the red carpet premiere of the Nickelodeon movie “The J Team” in California.

 

Jojo and Kylie didn’t just walk and pose in the red carpet, they even kissed!

 

This is the first time the public got to see them together since they became a couple. 

 

“The J Team,” meanwhile, which is starred and produced by Jojo herself, is about a young girl whose favorite dance instructor has been replaced by a harsh coach. We’ll get to see here how the girl, also named Jojo in the film, would be able to get through this challenge.

 

Top 9: Jason Momoa shares new ‘Aquaman’ suit

 

For the first time, Jason Momoa gave fans a glimpse on his new suit as “Aquaman” for the upcoming sequel of the hit film.

 

According to Jason, the new costume is called “Stealth Sui”’ with metallic features, hints of dark blue and gray details on arms and thighs.

 

Looks apt now that the superhero movie sequel is entitled “Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom.”

 

Joining Jason here are Amber Heard, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Temuera Morrison.

 

“Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom” will premiere next year.

 

 

 

Top 8: Sony changes ‘Venom’ movie release date again

 

For the fifth time, Sony announced a new release date for “Venom: Let There Be Carnage.”

 

As per the latest announcement, Venom 2 will now premiere on Oct. 1. It should be noted though that this is for the United States only. No date has been set yet for the United Kingdom premiere.

 

Previously, it was scheduled to open in October 2020. Then there’s an announcement again for June 2021. For the third time though, they pushed the release to September. Then prior to this latest announcement, they’ve set it on Oct. 15.

 

The reason? It’s the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

The sequel stars Tom Hardy who plays a journalist turned into something like an alien.

 

Joining Tom are Woody Harrelson, Michele Williams, Reid Scott and Naomie Harris. 

 

Top 7: Park Seo-joon starts shooting new Marvel film

 

Korean heartthrob Park Seo-joon has left South Korea last weekend for a movie project!

 

His agency confirmed that this project is indeed for Marvel Studios.

 

The agency didn’t mention the name of the project yet but rumors are circulating that Seo-joon will be joining “The Marvels.”

 

This is the sequel to “Captain Marvel” starring Brie Larson and  which has been scheduled for release in November 2022.

 

According to reports, Seo-joon might be playing the role of Amadeus Cho, a Korean-American superhero.

Top 6: ‘Spencer’ receives standing ovation in Venice Film Festival

 

Princess Diana biopic “Spencer” received a five-minute standing ovation when it premiered at the Venice Film Festival.

 

Kristen Stewart and director Pablo Larrain were seen embracing at the end of the screening while everyone was applauding.

 

“Spencer” tells the story of Princess Diana when she was about to decide to end her marriage with Prince Charles in a holiday visit at Sandringham Palace.

 

Critiques commended Kristen’s performance as Princess Diana and how she became “Lady D” herself in the entire film.

 

“Spencer” is set for release in November.

 

 

 

 

Top 5: ‘Init Sa Magdamag’ stars speak on domestic violence

 

“Init Sa Magdamag” will soon go off the air as its finale week starts.

 

While the teleserye is ending soon, viewers as well as netizens continue to commend the show for bringing awareness about domestic abuse which has been portrayed remarkably well by Yam Concepcion and JM de Guzman.

Top 4: Ben&Ben releases sophomore album

 

Two years after their first album, Original Pilipino Music (OPM) pop-folk band Ben&Ben released their second one, which they called “Pebble House Volume 1: Kuwaderno.”

 

In this album, the band collaborated with different artists like Chito Miranda, Moira dela Torre, Munimuni, JK Labajo, and SB19.

 

Ben&Ben also revealed that to produce the album, the band even had a lock-in session.

 

 

 Top 3: Paolo Contis, Yen Santos together in Manaoag, but…

 

In her program on One PH and Radyo 5, veteran entertainment host and columnist Cristy Fermin said a source confirmed that Paolo Contis and Yen Santos indeed went to Manaoag Church in Pangasinan and ate in a restaurant in Baguio City as shown in a video and photos that went viral last week. “Totoong pong sila ‘yun. Nagkayayaan lang daw si Paolo at si Yen na magsimba sa Manaoag. At siyempre pagkasimba, kakain,” Cristy said.

 

However, Fermin’s source said Yen is not the third party that caused the breakup of Paolo and LJ Reyes. This is because Paolo and LJ were already separated before he worked with Yen. Pero nung maganap po 'yan, matagal na pong hiwalay si Paolo at saka si LJ. ‘Yun naman ang malinaw dyan,” she added. “Kumbaga, hindi na po siya (Yen) naging third wheel. Hindi po siya ikatlong bahagi or third party kasi hindi po niya pinasok 'yung relasyon nila Paolo at LJ. Nasa labas na si Paolo, nang sila ay magtambal sa ‘A Faraway Land.’ Nasa labas na rin po ng relasyon si Paolo, ng pumunta sila sa Manaoag, nagdasal at kumain sa labas. At wala ng pwedeng ibato pa laban kay Yen kasi labas na sila dun eh,” Cristy said.

 

"'Yung third wheel hindi totoo, pero ‘yung sa nagsimba at kumain, sila talaga ‘yun,” she disclosed.

 

Cristy also stated that Yen has a boyfriend and wants to get pregnant by November because like any other person, she dreams of having her own family and life outside of showbiz.

Top 1: Stars of ‘Di Na Muli’ face the press

 

Stars of upcoming series ‘Di Na Muli’ produced by Cignal TV, Sari Sari and Viva Entertainment faced some of the juicy questions from the press and bloggers.

 

In an online media conference hosted by MJ Marfori, Julia Barretto, Marco Gumabao, Marco Gallo and Angelu De Leon shared their excitement on the premiere of their latest series.

 

“Di Na Muli” basically talks about how signifcant time is. The lead character, played by Julia, has the ability to see the remaining years of an individual once she touches his or her hand. Interesting storyline isn’t it?

 

Then of course, there will also be kilig scenes from the three-way love story as Julia will have two Marcos. This will also be the comeback project of 1990s hit loveteam Angelu de Leon and Bobby Andrews.

 

“Di Na Muli” will start airing on Sept. 18 on TV5.
