In a lengthy post on his social media accounts, Paolo defended the people around him.
First, he denied that he was on drugs and that he never hurt LJ or the kids.
Next, the third party issue. He admitted that he has been unfaithful but he is not proud of it.
But Paolo also insisted that the third party that caused his separation from LJ wasn’t Yen Santos. He explained that he went to Baguio to chill and he invited Yen as a “friend,” since she’s nearby.
Paolo thanked his manager, Lolit Solis, and close friend Cristy Fermin for defending him. He also asked people to stop bashing the two because even if they’re defending him, as he said, we all don’t know what they’ve been telling him privately.
He apologized to her daughter Summer, even to Aki, LJ’s son with Paulo Avelino, for failing them as a father.
He also said sorry to former wife Lian Paz and their kids for getting dragged into the controversy.
And lastly, he apologized profusely to LJ and expressed hope to speak with her soon.
Paolo ended by asking for privacy and prayers for all of the people involved.
Meanwhile some people have been saying that a quote posted on LJ’s Instagram account sort of alluded to this latest admission by her former partner. It’s a reminder that says, “I am loved, I am strong, I am enough.”
