Top 10: Joshua Bassett unfollows Olivia Rodrigo on Instagram
Fans can’t help but notice that there’s still tension between exes Joshua Bassett and Olivia Rodrigo.
The male singer just unfollowed the Fil-Am hitmaker on Instagram weeks after he said in an interview that he hasn’t spoken to her in almost a year.
Olivia’s hit “Driver’s License” is believed to be about Joshua and their rumored relationship.
Meanwhile, Olivia confirmed that she is set to return to “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.”
She is expected to be working with Joshua here.
Top 9: Vanessa Kirby replaces Kodie Comer in ‘Kitbag’

Vanessa Kirby is the newest actress to play with Joaquin Phoenix in Ridley Scott’s “Kitbag.”
Jodie Comer was replaced due to conflicts in schedule.
In the upcoming historical film, Joaquin will play the role of Napoleon while Vanessa will be Josephine.
“Kitbag” will start its production and filming in Europe.
Vanessa was an Oscar nominee for “Pieces Of A Woman.” She also appeared in “Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs and Shaw” as well as “Mission: Impossible - Fallout.”
She is also set to do “Mission: Impossible VII.”
Top 8: ‘Harry Potter’ reunion special reuploaded
HBO fixed and re-uploaded the reunion special “Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return To Hogwarts” after fans noticed something wrong.
The mistake happened when they showed a young photo of Emma Roberts instead of Emma Watson in one part of the special.
The other one was the mislabeled names for James and Oliver Phelps who played the Weasley twins.
The revised reunion special is already up on HBO Max.
Top 7: Betty White didn’t die due to COVID-19 booster — agent
Betty White’s agent debunked with finality the rumors that the actress died after she received a COVID-19 booster shot.
According to Jeff Witjas, Betty died peacefully in her sleep at home. She died of natural causes. He further said that her death should not be politicized, because that is not the life she lived.
The famous comedienne died a few days ago, just a few weeks shy of her 100th birthday.
Jeff has also revealed that Betty has actually already planned her funeral even before she died. She wanted it private without much fanfare. Instead of tributes to her honor, Jeff said Betty encourages donations to some of the causes and organizations that she has been passionate about, like the Los Angeles Zoo, Guide Dogs for the Blind, and about a dozen other animal welfare organizations.
Top 6: Extended edition of Halsey’s Grammy-nominated album is out
A Grammy nomination for best alternative music album and appearances on 30+ “Best Albums of 2021” lists has brought Halsey’s “If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power” to the forefront once again.
Because of this, the iconic artist kicked off 2022 with a surprise drop of the extended edition of that career-defining album.
The new edition includes two new songs – “Nightmare Reprise” and “People Disappear Here” – for a total of 16 tracks, all penned by Halsey.
Alongside the release of the extended edition, Halsey unveiled lyric videos for “Nightmare Reprise” and “People Disappear Here” and new visualizers for each of the album’s songs.
The album, which was produced by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, debuted at number one on Billboard’s top current albums chart. It also earned the number one spot on Billboard’s alternative albums, vinyl albums and tastemaker albums charts and took the number one position on the Spotify Top 10 global album debuts chart.
Top 5: Kim Mi-Soo dies at 31
South Korean actress Kim Mi-Soo died on Wednesday, Jan. 5. She was 31 (age 30 by international standards, but Korea counts the year in the womb as an additional year of life).
The news was confirmed by her agency.
The actress died suddenly and the bereaved family is heartbroken by the news.
They also asked the public to refrain from making up rumors or speculations. As per family’s wish, the funeral will be held privately.
Min-Soo is part of “Snowdrop.” She also starred in “Hi, Bye Mama!” and “Into The Ring.”
Top 4: Marvin Agustin continues food business after backlash
The recent holiday season has been tough for Marvin Agustin, a celebrity entrepreneur known for his cochinillo business.
Marvin received negative comments and reviews from his customers due to some errors and for failing to deliver orders on time.
The actor apologized for what happened and assured the public that he has now regained his momentum to continue with his food business.
But of course, there will be some changes to do away with the errors during the holidays. They will go back to their old style of operations and that they won’t arrange for delivery anymore. That is not their core competency he admitted.
Top 3: Zia sings ‘Dance Monkey’
Zia Dantes showed off her singing prowess once again.
In a video posted by her mother Marian Rivera on her Instagram Stories, Zia can be heard singing “Dance Monkey” by Tonnes and I.
Young as she is, Zia has always been in love with music. Prior to this she has also made buzz online when she performed a duet with her father, Dingdong Dantes, to the tune of “Can’t Help Falling In Love.”
Top 2: Tom Holland makes death-defying scene in ‘Uncharted’
We’ve known him as the Twink Spider-Man, which by the way, will be released a few days from now in areas with less stringent COVID-19 restrictions.
This time, Tom Holland as Nathan Drake in “Uncharted” creates buzz in a clip that revealed he actually had a death-defying scene in the movie.
In “Uncharted,” Tom stars with Mark Wahlberg. The movie is adapted from a Playstation game series which debuted in 2007.
It is set for release by February so better watch out.
Top 1: Blackberry says goodbye
It is really an end of an era for Blackberry.
Once, it became one of the top smartphones in the world, but now, this is goodbye.
Blackberry has stopped running its system for all Blackberry OS and Blackberry 10-powered smartphones. That means, it will no longer function at all.
The company thanked its supporters.
In 2020, Blackberry said that they are focusing on providing intelligent security software and services to enterprises and governments around the world. Thus, they need to terminate and decommission their legacy services, one being a smartphone.
